Prospect Evals are Back
The holiday season, and importantly bowl season are over, and we have entered a New Year where only one college football game is yet to be played. So with that, it is finally time to take stock of what has changed over the past year and create a new big board going into the 2026 NFL draft.
If you are used to my evals from last year, you will know I take data and tape into account for each player. The amount of tape varies, but for QBs I try to watch every pass against p4 competition (since most draftable QBs will now be in the p4 with the portal aggregating talent to the top) and at least three games for every other position.
I will only look at players who have officially declared or exhausted eligibility. Since I am starting with QBs that means Dante Moore, Trinidad Chambliss, and as of today (he will declare but he has one more game) Fernando Mendoza will not be the a part of that, until things change.
Alright that is it, just wanted to give a quick update, but I am super excited to get back to this and hope y'all are excited too!
