Background
Isaiah World grew up in San Diego, California, and attended Lincoln High School, where he played basketball and primarily defensive tackle and defensive end on the football field, only moving to offensive tackle toward the end of his high school career. The COVID-19 pandemic wiped out his senior season. A three-star recruit, he signed with Nevada and redshirted in 2021. He earned a starting role from the second week of 2022, starting 10 games at right tackle as a redshirt freshman, then flipped to left tackle in 2023 and started all 12 games, earning All-Mountain West Honorable Mention. He repeated those honors in 2024 with 13 starts while improving dramatically from the 11 sacks he allowed as a first-year starter to just one. Ranked the No. 1 transfer portal offensive tackle by 247Sports, he transferred to Oregon in December 2024 and started all regular-season games at left tackle in 2025, earning Second-Team All-Big Ten while allowing one sack and 10 pressures through 12 games. He tore his ACL in Oregon's College Football Playoff loss to Indiana in January 2026, ending his season. He declared for the 2026 NFL Draft.
Physical Attributes
Because of his ACL tear in the CFP, World did not take part in any combine drills. However, we got official measurements for him, and they are good. 6'7.5" tall and 318 lbs, with a frame that could probably still take on some more good weight. Good arm length at 34.5" and decent hand size of 34.5". World is a great mover in space. He has quick feet and looks fast for someone his size out there. He does not play with too much power, though, and is lacking the sturdy base looked for out of OT.
Data and Tape Analysis

Isaiah World was already having one of the worst games of his life before he tore his ACL against Indiana in the playoffs. Sadly, it was an example of a play he really struggles with. Speed to the outside, or in this case speed right across his face. He turned to recover, but his knee could not hold up and he went down.
I really like World's movement skills especially for someone his size. He moves fluidly and with quick feet. He had no problem getting up to second-level defenders, or being a pulling tackle and getting to the spot he needed to. Now, actually blocking the defenders once he was there was more hit or miss, and that is because of his mediocre football IQ and poor use of hands.
World can look a bit like this:

His timing and placement of his hands on defenders is very poor. Often he is second to the act, and that is if he even gets something on them. Especially with speed moves, even though he has quick feet to potentially get out and stop them, he does not, because he puts nothing on them to get them to stop.
Grade and Outlook
A toolsy but incomplete tackle who will turn 23 by week two and is coming off a torn ACL. Some pun about the World not being his oyster here or something would apply. Still worth a pick to see if, after rehab, a real NFL strength and conditioning program could put 15 or so pounds on him and help refine his technique.
Grade: 3.2 (6th Rounder)
